Terms of Service & Disclaimer for Online Sessions
By registering for any online session, workshop, or webinar offered by Opportunities Plus, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Use of the Platform
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, compatible device, and access to the meeting platform (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Opportunities Plus is not liable for any technical issues on the participant’s end.
2. Registration & Access
- Registration is mandatory and must be completed through our official payment gateway (Razorpay).
- Access to the session link will be sent to the email address/phone number provided at the time of registration.
- Each registration is for one participant unless otherwise stated.
3. Session Content & Intellectual Property
- All session content — including slides, recordings, and materials — is the intellectual property of Opportunities Plus or its partners.
- Participants may not copy, record, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
4. Recording & Privacy
- Opportunities Plus may record live sessions for internal quality or training purposes.
- Recordings or screenshots may be used for promotional purposes with anonymized data unless otherwise agreed upon.
- By attending, you consent to being part of such recordings if they occur.
5. Participant Conduct
- Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards facilitators and other attendees.
- Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may lead to removal from the session without refund.
6. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Opportunities Plus reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to another session of equal value.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Opportunities Plus is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the session, reliance on the information provided, or the use of session materials.
- All advice shared during the sessions is for general informational purposes and does not replace professional guidance.
