Refund & Returns Policy

At Opportunities Plus, we strive to provide high-quality, value-driven online sessions for students and parents. We request you to review the following policy carefully before registering for any of our paid sessions.

1. Registration & Payment

  • All registrations for online sessions/workshops/webinars must be completed through our official payment gateway (Razorpay).
  • Payment confirms your seat in the chosen session.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Registration fees for online sessions, webinars, and workshops arenon-refundable once payment is successfully processed.
  • This includes situations where the participant does not attend the session due to personal reasons.

3. Rescheduling or Substitution

  • If you cannot attend a scheduled session, you maynominate another participant (student/parent) to attend in your place at no extra charge.
  • Requests for substitution must be made at least24 hours before the session by emailing us at enquiry@opportunitiesplus.com with the payment reference number.

4. Event Cancellations by Opportunities Plus

  • In the rare event thatOpportunities Plus cancels or reschedules a session due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered:
      • A full refund of the registration fee or
      • A transfer of their fee to a future session of equal value.

5. Technical Issues

  • Opportunities Plus is not responsible for any technical issues at the participant’s end (e.g., poor internet connection, device issues).
  • In the event of a technical issue on our end causing disruption, we will provide a recording or reschedule at no additional cost.
